The selected bidders will be responsible for delivering three distinct services. For CCTV maintenance spare parts, the contractor will supply genuine and compatible components, ensuring continuous operation of police surveillance systems under a two-year framework. For fabric and stitching accessories, the contractor will provide high-quality materials that meet the specifications for various police uniforms, ensuring availability for uniform production and replacement over the framework period. For the land procurement, the contractor or seller will ensure the transfer and legal registration of land located in Hoima City West Division and Mukono District, meeting all statutory requirements and enabling the Uganda Police Force to utilize the land for official purposes. All deliveries and transfers must comply with regulatory standards, contractual timelines, and quality requirements specified by the Uganda Police Force.
