Tender Description:

Scope of Work:
The selected service provider will be responsible for delivering comprehensive hotel services to the company, including room accommodation for staff and guests, catering for official meetings and workshops, conference and meeting room facilities, and related hospitality support. The provider must ensure that all services meet professional standards, are delivered on time, and comply with thecompany’s specifications and requirements. The contractor will also be expected to manage bookings, provide flexible arrangements for official programs, and maintain high-quality service throughout the duration of the three-year framework contract. All services must enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of company events and functions.
