The successful bidder will be responsible for the purchase, collection, and removal of the obsolete assets from the University Main Campus in Gulu City. This includes motorcycles, vehicle engines, generators, CT and other equipment, furniture and fittings, assorted electronics, plastic tanks, used tyres, and other materials identified for disposal. The bidder must inspect the assets before submitting a bid, submit a sealed bid with the required proposal securing declaration, and, if awarded, arrange for safe transport and removal of all acquired assets within the timelines set by the University. All assets are sold on an “as is, where is” basis, and the bidder assumes full responsibility for their collection and subsequent use after purchase.
