The Office seeks to procure a licensed and reputable insurance provider to deliver comprehensive medical insurance services for its staff for the specified contract period. The scope of work includes provision of inpatient and outpatient medical cover, emergency services, specialist consultations, maternity benefits (where applicable), diagnostic services, prescribed medications, and other agreed medical benefits under a structured insurance scheme. The provider shall establish and manage an accessible network of accredited healthcare facilities, ensure efficient claims processing and authorization systems, provide customer support services, submit periodic utilization and performance reports, and maintain strict compliance with the Insurance Regulatory Authority of Uganda and other applicable statutory requirements.
