The prequalified suppliers, contractors, and service providers shall be eligible to participate in various works, services, and supply contracts under framework agreements with the Municipal Council. This includes, but is not limited to, the provision of general civil works, repair and maintenance of municipal road and vehicle equipment, supply of fuel, lubricants, tyres, and motor vehicle servicing, as well as targeted support for special interest groups such as women, youth, and persons with disabilities. The scope also covers adherence to municipal standards, timely delivery of goods and services, quality workmanship, compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and reporting requirements to ensure accountability and efficient service delivery across council operations.
