Tender Description:
This prequalification exercise seeks to identify reliable and experienced suppliers and service providers to support the Pharmaceutical company’s activities over a two-year period. The process will create a database of approved vendors to ensure efficient delivery of quality goods and professional services in support of the Pharmaceutical’s institutional mandate and operations.
Scope of Work:
The prequalified suppliers and service providers shall be eligible to provide goods and services to the Pharmaceutical company for the Financial Years 2026/2027 and 2027/2028 under call-off arrangements. The scope includes supply of general office items, furniture, promotional materials, ICT equipment and accessories, generators and related maintenance, temperature control devices, CCTV systems, and air conditioning equipment. It also includes provision of hotel and conferencing services, security services, insurance brokerage, legal and consultancy services, catering, tours and travel, equipment maintenance and repair, graphics design and printing, waste management and compound maintenance, videography and photography, and advertising and media services. All engagements shall be executed in accordance with PSU’s specifications, quality standards, timelines, and applicable procurement regulations.
