The prequalified suppliers, service providers, and contractors shall be eligible to provide goods, works, and services to the Company for the period 2026–2029 under applicable contractual arrangements. The scope includes the supply of approved items such as electronic equipment, ICT accessories, office furniture, stationery, fuel, vehicle spare parts, tyres, medical supplies, PPE, dog (K9) equipment, ammunition, drinking water, and other listed goods; provision of services including motor vehicle and motorcycle repairs and maintenance, printing and publishing, vehicle tracking, insurance services, staff medical insurance, air conditioning services, and related professional services; as well as execution of civil works including construction, renovation, repairs, and painting of buildings. Prequalified firms shall be required to deliver high-quality goods and services in accordance with agreed specifications, timelines, safety standards, and contractual requirements, and to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and operational guidelines.
