The prequalified firms, contractors, and consultants shall be eligible to provide goods, execute works, and deliver professional services to the company in support of its ferry transport operations, electricity generation and distribution systems, and treated water supply services. The scope includes supply of electrical and solar equipment, water treatment and distribution materials, ICT equipment and software, fuel and lubricants, ferry and vehicle spare parts, PPE and safety equipment, security and cleaning services, hospitality services, and other operational supplies; execution of works such as power line construction and maintenance, water infrastructure construction and maintenance, civil works, renovations, and landing site maintenance; and provision of consultancy services including engineering, environmental and risk assessments, financial advisory, legal services, ICT consultancy, HR advisory, insurance advisory, and related professional services. All engagements shall be executed in accordance with agreed technical specifications, quality standards, timelines, safety regulations, and the Company’s operational requirements.
