Tender Description:
This invitation seeks qualified suppliers and service providers to enter framework contracts with the Corporation for multiple categories of goods, works, and services. The contracts will support the Corporation’s operational efficiency by ensuring timely access to high-quality materials, equipment, maintenance, and professional services over the three-year period, thereby enabling sustainable, uninterrupted printing and publishing operations.
Scope of Work:
The selected contractors, suppliers, and service providers will provide goods, services, and works under framework contracts to the Publishing Corporation for the Financial Years 2025/2026, 2026/2027, and 2027/2028. The scope includes supplying printing materials, ICT equipment, motor vehicles and spare parts, construction materials, office furniture, and printing machinery. It also covers repair and maintenance services for vehicles, ICT equipment, and machines; provision of cleaning, catering, media, and advertising services; air ticketing, travel, and hotel arrangements; as well as IT and digital consultancy. Contractors are expected to ensure timely delivery, compliance with technical specifications, quality workmanship, and adherence to safety and operational standards. Framework agreements may require the execution of multiple projects, maintenance schedules, or services as requested throughout the contract period.
