Job Description
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for supervising warehouse operations with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and safety. This includes managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, maintaining accurate inventory using the Odoo system, and optimizing workflow processes. The role also requires monitoring and improving team performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will take charge of ensuring timely order fulfillment, implementing warehouse safety protocols, managing delivery logistics, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Implement effective warehouse operations and inventory management procedures
Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, and optimize inventory using Odoo
Coordinate procurement and logistics teams to resolve inventory issues
Oversee dispatch and delivery operations, including route planning and outsourced logistics
Supervise incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper handling
Enforce compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
Lead recruitment, training, performance management, and team development
Maintain proper documentation and generate warehouse performance reports
Monitor warehouse KPIs and initiate performance improvement strategies
Collaborate with quality assurance to address product or delivery complaints
Handle emergency dispatches and returns process for defective goods

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
Certification in Warehouse Management or a Master’s degree is an added advantage
Experience:
Minimum of 3–5 years in warehouse management
Proven experience with inventory systems and coordinating logistics
Experience managing diverse teams and leading process improvements
Competencies:
Fluent in Gujarati or Hindu
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Odoo and other warehouse management systems
High attention to detail and ability to analyze performance data
Knowledge of medical equipment handling and quality assurance
