Position Overview
We are seeking a competent and experienced Warehouse & Deliveries Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations and delivery logistics for our client in the manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will ensure efficient inventory control, accurate order processing, and timely delivery scheduling while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Warehouse Management
Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods within the warehouse.
Organize and label stock to enable easy retrieval and maintain warehouse orderliness.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely stock replenishment.
Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, secure warehouse environment.
Inventory Control
Perform regular stock counts and resolve any inventory discrepancies.
Maintain accurate inventory records within warehouse management systems.
Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to ensure stock availability.
Minimize losses through proper stock handling and storage.
Deliveries & Logistics Coordination
Plan and oversee daily deliveries to customers and retail outlets.
Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and dispatching.
Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
Track delivery progress and resolve any logistical challenges.
Coordinate with third-party transport providers to maintain quality service.
Reporting & Process Improvement
Generate reports on warehouse operations, stock movements, and delivery performance.
Identify and recommend improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Work with the operations team to streamline processes and increase productivity.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics coordination.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics management.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, or SAP.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
