The Transport Account Intern will play a crucial role in supporting our logistics operations by assisting in the management of transport accounts. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the transportation and logistics industry, working closely with our dedicated team.

Support Account Management:
Assist account managers in day-to-day tasks related to transport accounts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client transactions and communications.
Help prepare reports and presentations for client meetings.
Client Interaction:
Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and resolve issues.
Assist in handling client inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Logistics Coordination:
Assist in coordinating transportation schedules and logistics activities.
Track shipments and monitor the progress of deliveries to ensure timely completion.
Collaborate with carriers and vendors to resolve transportation issues.
Data Management:
Input and manage data in transport management systems.
Analyze transportation data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
Documentation:
Prepare and manage transportation documents, including bills of lading, shipping orders, and invoices.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Participate in projects aimed at improving transportation and logistics operations.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
A basic understanding of transportation and logistics concepts is a plus.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
