Job Description
Astral Foods Ltd is seeking a Teleseller to facilitate sales operations and customer relations in Cape Town. This role involves capturing sales orders, responding to queries, and meeting daily business targets to ensure efficient after-sales service.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with Retail and Wholesale customers
- Responding to sales queries timeously and in a professional manner
- Accurately and efficiently capturing of sales orders to ensure the correct product mix is sent to stores
- Ensuring efficient after-sales-service
- Driving daily targets as set by the business to ensure targets are met and exceeded
- Sales administration duties as required
