Job Description
The Engineering Shift Foreman will be responsible for overseeing both Mechanical and Electrical teams within the production facility. The role focuses on ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining safety standards, and managing resources effectively to minimize downtime.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing his team – both Mechanical and Electrical;
- Maintaining discipline and time-keeping;
- Control of resources: Labour & spares;
- Compliance with all management and safety programmes within the company;
- 20 Keys, Planned maintenance, OHSAct, Meat safety;
- Managing Engineering downtime;
- Assist with budgets and capital projects.
