In this role, you will be responsible for managing overdue accounts, engaging customers to establish repayment plans, and ensuring collections targets are consistently met while maintaining compliance with regulatory and operational risk frameworks.

How to Apply
Monitor daily account activity of live customers and analyze delinquency trends
Contact customers (individuals and businesses) to negotiate and agree on repayment plans
Escalate unusual account behavior or risks to the Team Leader or Collections Head
Achieve and exceed monthly collection targets, both individually and as part of the team
Ensure all collections activities adhere to operational risk and compliance requirements
Support Relationship Managers (RMs) by reviewing employer performance and suggesting action plans
Maintain high service levels for internal and external clients, resolving complaints as needed
Ensure strict confidentiality and proper handling of customer data
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely updates of customer payments
Identify, escalate, and assist in resolving issues related to risk, compliance, and conduct
Skills & Experience:
Solid understanding of bank collections processes
Strong payment negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines under pressure
Proficient in customer engagement and complaint resolution
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
Experience in banking, credit, or collections is an added advantage
