How to Apply
What you will do
Lead transformational IT projects with internal and external parties, such as workflow automation, CRM, IVR/telephony services and electronic payments.
Lead quality assurance (QA), regular testing and management of all of these systems and its users.
Perform data analysis for business process improvements, systems monitoring and management reporting.
Supporting and training staff in core banking software and other relevant software.
Manage the day-to-day issues that employees face using the tools and systems available.
In charge of restoring users and systems back to operational status in a speedy and professional manner.
Support collaborations with data providers to support risk activities as well as local technical and financial service partners to resolve issues that may originate from the provision of such services to the company.
Who you are
BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent degree.
Possess strong communication and technical skills, and problem-solving skills with an ability to learn new systems quickly with little to no supervision.
Understanding of APIs and payment integrations.
2 years of work experience in one of the following industries: financial services, fintech, consulting, IT, telecom or e-commerce.
Experience with at least 2 projects in one or more of the following: electronic payments, consumer mobile apps, personal finance, digital financial services, CRM, Financial System or IVR.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Willing to learn and grow with the company.
