Position Title: Tech Sales Specialist

Purpose of the Role
The Tech Sales Specialist plays a critical role in driving the success of the BEES platform expansion in Uganda. This position supports our core commercial goals by enhancing digital sales, marketing technologies, and route-to-market solutions. The role works closely with the Commercial Teams to understand customer and business needs and ensures these are met through aligned digital strategies.
The ultimate objective is to achieve 100% BEES buyer penetration, while also supporting customer engagement through digital rewards, communications, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Project Support: Assist commercial teams in planning, executing, and tracking BEES-related initiatives, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure alignment in rollout activities and strategic initiatives.
Customer Training: Train customers on BEES platform usage, including order placement, digital rewards access, and communication tools.
Quality Assurance: Monitor user interactions, assist with product selection issues, and report technical challenges with the platform.
Digital Communication: Manage and operate customer-facing communications via BEES tools to increase platform engagement.
Digital Rewards Management: Design and implement reward campaigns aligned with commercial goals, ensuring clear and engaging messaging.
User Adoption: Drive user adoption strategies through on-ground engagement, distribution of promotional materials, and digital campaigns.
Reporting: Generate regular insights and progress reports; track support issues and ensure timely resolution.
