Job Title: Direct Sales Officer – 20 Positions

Job Summary: UMRA is looking for 20 Direct Sales Officers to fill their branches in Kiwoko, Mityana, Kaliro, Kakira, Ndeeba and Namirembe Hill branch.
The Direct Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales of Liberation Community Finance products and services directly to customers. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will be energetic, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to expand the company’s customer base while delivering excellent service.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Promote and sell financial products and services directly to individuals, businesses, and communities.
Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct market surveys to understand customer needs and preferences.
Provide accurate information and guidance on products and services to clients.
Follow up on leads and referrals to convert prospects into customers.
Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
Report regularly to supervisors on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for achieving business growth.
