Responsibilities:

• Conduct Market Research and Intelligence: Perform market analysis to identify trends, competitive strategies, and opportunities to reduce costs, ensure timely supplies, and support business objectives.

• Forecasting and Procurement: Develop accurate product forecasts based on usage trends, procure products to support sales units, and manage stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.

• Supplier and Partner Management: Source, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, transporters, and service providers to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of products and services.

• Logistics and Documentation Oversight: Oversee product evacuation, document processing, and tax compliance to avoid delays, demurrages, or penalties during transit.

• Budgeting and Reporting: Develop annual budgets aligned with business objectives and prepare periodic stock forecasts, performance analyses, and recommendations for the MD and CMT.

• Cost Optimization and Strategy Implementation: Evaluate procurement and supply chain processes to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

• Policy Compliance and Additional Duties: Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines while executing other tasks assigned by the STM.
