Job Description
The Logistics Assistant will support the smooth operation of the company’s logistics and supply chain processes. This role involves coordinating the movement of goods, assisting with inventory management, and ensuring timely delivery of parts and vehicles.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating the movement of vehicles, parts, and other goods
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and stock levels
- Support inventory control and ensure efficient warehouse organization
- Track and report on logistics performance, including delays and discrepancies
- Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in loading, unloading, and transportation of goods when required
- Adhere to safety and compliance standards in all logistics activities
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
