Job Description
The role involves facilitating procurement processes, undertaking market surveys to ensure cost-effectiveness, updating supplier lists, and ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping. The assistant will liaise with suppliers for timely deliveries and support compliance with procurement regulations and internal controls.

How to Apply
Conduct market surveys to ensure value for money in procurement
Participate in the opening and evaluation of quotations
Maintain and regularly update a list of prequalified suppliers
Liaise with suppliers to follow up on timely delivery of goods and services
Ensure the safe custody and proper filing of all procurement records
Diploma in Procurement & Supplies Management, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution
Proficiency in computer applications
Strong organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of procurement regulations and procedures is an added advantage
