Job Summary: We’re seeking a highly organized Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth!
Responsibilities include driving sales, managing inventory, and leading a team of sales associates.
The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store or outlet, ensuring smooth operations, strong sales performance, and excellent customer service. You will manage staff, inventory, finances, and overall store performance.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Leadership: Hire, train, and supervise staff; motivate the team to achieve high performance.
Operations: Ensure smooth daily operations, proper stock management, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Sales & Finance: Monitor sales, control costs, manage inventory, and ensure profitability.
Customer Service: Maintain excellent customer service and handle feedback or complaints professionally.
Reporting: Track performance, prepare reports, and communicate with senior management.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
