Job Summary: We’re seeking a detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our team and ensure accurate inventory management!
Responsibilities include managing stock levels, conducting stock takes, and analyzing inventory data.
The Stock Controller will manage the inventory and stock levels across the bar, restaurant, or store. You will ensure proper stock control, timely ordering, and accurate records to support smooth operations and profitability.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, track usage, and maintain accurate inventory records.
Ordering & Procurement: Place timely orders to ensure sufficient stock while avoiding overstocking or shortages.
Stock Control: Check deliveries, verify quantities, and ensure proper storage of stock items.
Reporting: Prepare inventory reports and update management on stock status and discrepancies.
Collaboration: Work closely with operations, finance, and purchasing teams to maintain efficient stock flow.
