Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders.

Properly store items in designated areas (dry store, refrigerated, bar stock) using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) methods.

Issue stock to the bar, kitchen, and other departments upon authorized request.

Conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe storage environment.

Monitor stock levels and alert the Procurement Officer of low inventory or expiring items.

Prepare inventory reports for management.

Assist in controlling pilferage and ensuring security of stock.

Support during audits and inventory checks.
