We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Controller—preferably with experience in the supermarket or retail sector—to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring inventory accuracy, minimizing waste, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.
Position Summary
The Stock Controller will be responsible for effectively managing the company’s inventory to meet operational needs while reducing overstock and stockouts. The ideal candidate will have experience with stock management systems, a strong analytical mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

How to Apply
Oversee daily inventory operations to maintain optimal stock levels across all departments.
Conduct routine stock audits and promptly investigate and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods.
Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems and procedures.
Generate detailed inventory reports and present insights to management.
Train and guide staff on proper stock control practices and inventory procedures.
Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and warehouse teams to forecast inventory needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant health and safety regulations.
Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or related field is highly preferred.
Proven experience in inventory or stock control, preferably within a supermarket or retail environment.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
