Job Description
As a Social Media Specialist, you will enhance clients’ digital presence through innovative social media and SEO strategies. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data, optimizing digital assets, and collaborating with developers and marketing staff to integrate strategies across all platforms. You will operate in a hybrid work environment (both remote and in-office), fostering both flexibility and productivity.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Track and report on search-related activities with performance analysis for marketing executives
Optimize digital assets for SEO and user experience across devices
Analyze web metrics to enhance user engagement strategies
Participate in the development and execution of online marketing strategies
Work with developers to optimize website structure for better search visibility
Collaborate with marketing teams to align social media efforts with broader sales goals

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
1–2 years of experience in a similar role
Strong skills in complex problem solving, critical thinking, active learning, social perceptiveness, and service orientation
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop), ERP systems (e.g., WordPress), and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel, Zoho)
Familiarity with Blossom Net and graphic/photo imaging or web platform development tools
Excellent written and spoken English
