Job Description
Job Title: Sites Sales Executive

Job Location: Kampala, Uganda
Exquisite Solution Limited, a leading HR recruitment and management firm, is seeking a Site Sales Executive on behalf of our client in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, negotiating deals, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Promote and sell company products to corporate clients in the construction industry and other customers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.
Conduct regular market surveys and provide insights to management, including competitor activities and customer feedback.
Receive and process customer orders by coordinating with invoicing, internal sales, and stores teams to ensure timely delivery.
Provide technical information, prepare quotations, and close sales deals effectively.
Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat business and ongoing stock replenishment.
Manage client credit accounts in line with company policies, including issuing account statements and following up on payments via cheques or EFT
Collect and report feedback on product performance to support research and development.
Monitor individual sales targets and performance, and prepare regular progress and accountability reports.
Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events.
Be available for business-related travel as needed.
Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or related field.
Minimum two years’ experience in a similar fast-paced role.
Self-motivated with strong planning, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Independent, able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
