Job Description
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding Jude Color Solutions’ client base by identifying potential customers, presenting customized corporate gift solutions, and closing sales. The role requires fieldwork, client relationship management, and consistent follow-up to ensure satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of sales success and strong business development skills.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, networking, and lead generation
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Present and promote the company’s products to prospective clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations
Follow up on orders, ensure timely delivery, and handle after-sales support
Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions
Provide market feedback to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction
Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and trade fairs
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales
Strong ability to onboard new accounts from the field
Key Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
Self-driven, motivated, and able to work independently
Good organizational and time management skills
