Job Description
The Senior Analyst will be responsible for driving fixed internet and new business growth by leveraging analytics to design and monitor customer lifecycle strategies. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Customer Value Management, the role includes deep-dive portfolio analysis, KPI tracking, forecasting campaign outcomes, and offering strategic input to marketing and customer retention programs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, experience in business intelligence tools, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights that improve customer retention, loyalty, and profitability.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Design and manage customer retention strategies and proactive marketing initiatives
Conduct trend and performance analysis for fixed internet and new business products
Develop customer segmentation models and predictive churn analytics
Provide strategic insights to support the CVM strategy and organizational KPIs
Coordinate customer lifecycle management plans
Design, implement, and track campaign performance metrics
Deliver data-driven recommendations and forecast impacts on revenue and customer behavior
Ensure campaign tools and systems are aligned with business needs
Report periodically on base management, campaign performance, and operational KPIs
Maximize customer lifetime value through targeted communication and segmentation
Use statistical tools and business intelligence platforms to enhance insights
Identify and mitigate churn risks proactively
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or Business Computing
Training:
Statistical analysis and machine learning
Business analysis and performance management
Campaign management and CRM tools
Advanced accounting and data modeling
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in business analysis or financial modeling in a marketing environment
Strong skills in SQL, Python, R, and Excel (VBA preferred)
Proven ability to manage large datasets and derive strategic insights
Familiarity with campaign management tools (Flytxt is an advantage)
