Job Title: Branch Supervisor – Car Logbook Loans – Several Positions

Job Summary: We are growing, and we are looking for dynamic, goal-driven leaders to join our Customer Service – Logbook Loans Department. Locations: Hoima, Gulu, Lira, Arua, and Fort Portal.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard new car logbook sales agents daily to meet monthly hiring targets, conducting comprehensive training on company policies, procedures, products, and sales techniques.
Collaborate with field team leads to ensure all car logbook sales agents are well-trained, equipped with product knowledge, and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Monitor loan processing workflows to ensure accurate and complete documentation, facilitating effective communication between sales agents and support teams to address client needs promptly.
Ensure timely loan repayments, proactively follow up with clients in default or arrears to minimize losses, and develop strategies to maintain high portfolio quality and achieve monthly targets.
Set clear performance targets for the branch team, monitor progress, and conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on branch performance metrics, addressing customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high service standards.
Escalate complex issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and implement improvements in branch operations.
Collaborate with the Car Financing Manager to develop business plans aligned with company objectives, maintaining accurate records of all branch documentation, including client paperwork.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development among staff, including car logbook sales agents.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and enhance market penetration for a competitive edge. Ensure branch teams, including sales agents, are fully equipped with product knowledge and understand their roles in meeting customer expectations through ongoing training.
Actively participate in field operations daily to generate business, drive branch growth, and provide direct supervision, monitoring, and support to agents, ensuring adherence to company standards.
Perform additional tasks or duties as assigned by the line supervisor to support team and company goals.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Finance, or a related field (essential).
Additional certifications in Sales, Credit Management, or Leadership are an advantage.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales supervisory or team leadership role, preferably in financial services, microfinance, or car logbook loan sales.
Proven track record of recruiting, training, and supervising field sales teams.
Experience in loan processing workflows, credit analysis, and portfolio management is highly desirable.
