- Monitor and support cloud environments (private and public)
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, network, and application issues
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients
- Manage incidents, changes, and system updates
- Optimize cloud performance, security, and cost efficiency
- Develop automation tools and maintain technical documentation
