Position: Senior Human Resource Consultant. Job purpose: To provide strategic and operational human resource consulting services to clients.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide expert advisory services on to our clients including organizational Restructuring, Recruitment and selection; Performance Reward; Job evaluation; Salary Survey; Pay Structuring; Drafting Human Resource Policies and Procedures.
