Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
To implement security procedures
To Protect and safeguard company property
Carries out body search on all staff and any other person visiting the premises to ensure that no company item goes out or no unauthorized goods are allowed in.
Enforces company rules and regulations e.g. wearing of uniforms, mop caps, airport passes, sanitizing and clocking in and out
Carries out regular spot checks within the premises as instructed by supervisor
Accompanies high loaders on dispatch when collecting fuel
Accompanies dustbins to ensure that no company property is taken out.
Keeps custody of company documents, records and keys
Verifies delivery notes, invoices receipts, GRN and stamps before presenting them to the required departments
Sealing of flight food and keeping seal records
Issuing of fuel to tracks according to schedule upon instruction of the supervisor
Ensuring the vehicle logbooks are updated and filled accordingly
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
At least 2 years of experience
