Job Description
Job Title: Sales Representatives

Duty Stations: Soroti, Matugga, Nabbingo, Jinja, Fort Portal – Uganda
Reports to: Sales Team LeadLocation: Soroti, Matugga, Nabbingo, Jinja, Fort Portal
As a Sales Representative, you will serve as a key liaison between the company and its clients. Your role involves promoting and selling Asaak’s financial products—especially boda-related products—identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Present, promote, and sell company products and services to both existing and prospective clients.
Conduct cold calls and follow up on customer leads.
Maintain and grow client accounts through regular visits and relationship-building.
Research and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity.
Identify and map potential customers and sales territories.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and providing effective solutions.
Prepare sales contracts and submit regular performance reports.
Provide accurate product, pricing, and credit information to clients.
Gather feedback for improving products and services.
Support departmental goals and uphold company values in all interactions.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum of a diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (a degree is an added advantage).
At least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing of goods, products, or services.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to ride a motorcycle is a plus.
Personal Attributes
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
