Job Summary:
A fast growing FMCG company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Sales Associate (Preferably Female) to support sales and grow relationships with our Tier 1 clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless client experiences from initial sale to final settlements while actively expanding the portfolio through strategic engagement.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and grow the assigned key accounts with professionalism and dedication.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all client interactions
Facilitate the full sales cycle; product presentation, order processing, delivery coordination and payment follow-up.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Identify opportunities to grow account value through upselling and cross-selling.
Maintain accurate records of client communications, transactions and feedback.
Provide regular reports on account performance and client satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Diploma/Undergraduate Degree in Business, Marketing or any related course.
1-2 years proven experience in sales, account management or customer relations (FMCG experience is a plus)
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated, proactive and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively
Familiarity with supermarkets or wholesale distribution is an advantage.
