Job Description
The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, making compelling sales presentations, closing deals, and providing after-sales support. The ideal candidate will work independently, meet monthly and quarterly targets, and gather feedback to help improve product offerings. The role also involves staying abreast of market trends and competitor activities.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and target potential customers via research, networking, and cold calls.
Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships.
Respond to customer inquiries and ensure follow-up support.
Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements to close sales effectively.
Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and industry news.
Provide feedback to management on product performance and customer needs.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education & Experience:
HND or B.Sc in any discipline.
Proven experience in sales or a related field is required.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Capable of working independently or within a team.
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
