Job Description

Reporting to the local sales management, the Account Manager I will manage direct sales of software and software-related services to assigned clients. The role includes meeting revenue targets, improving market share, and leveraging the company's full range of technical, operational, and commercial resources to meet client needs. The position requires strong relationship-building skills, accurate business forecasting, and the development of effective territory and account plans. Candidates should have a proven sales background and be capable of managing accounts with revenue scopes between $2M–$5M.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Sell software and software-related services directly to customers

  • Meet assigned revenue and profitability targets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across all organizational levels

  • Expand business within the territory through strategic account planning

  • Accurately forecast business through pipeline management and sales tracking

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client needs

  • Represent the company across all phases of the oilfield life cycle

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

  • Undergraduate degree required

  • Excellent forecasting and strategic planning abilities
