Job Description
Working onsite in a busy retail environment, the Sales Representative will guide customers to the right products, provide accurate pricing and availability information, and maintain attractive, well-stocked displays. The role includes handling transactions and returns, advising on durable and best-selling items across age groups, and contributing to store presentation and stock organization. Success will be measured by customer satisfaction, product knowledge, and consistent achievement of sales targets.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in selecting appropriate school supplies.
Provide product features, pricing, and availability information.
Arrange, refresh, and maintain attractive merchandise displays.
Monitor inventory levels; organize shelves and support timely replenishment.
Advise parents/students on durable, age-appropriate, and best-selling products.
Process sales transactions and handle returns where applicable.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe shopping area.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
SSCE/OND minimum qualification.
At least 1 year of experience in sales/retail (advantage).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in high-traffic retail settings.
Practical knowledge of common school requirements across age groups.
Reliability, integrity, and a target-driven mindset.
Salary Range: ₦50,000 – ₦100,000 per month.
