Job Description
Working onsite within a supermarket/retail environment, the Merchandiser will stock and face shelves according to planograms, maintain accurate price labels, and implement promotional displays. The role includes monitoring product freshness (removing damaged/expired items), coordinating with inventory and sales teams for replenishment, keeping aisles clean and organized, and providing basic sell-out feedback to drive store performance. Success is measured by display quality, on-shelf availability, compliance with merchandising standards, and timely execution of promos.

How to Apply
Stock, face, and arrange products per planograms/visual merchandising standards.
Ensure correct pricing/labels and attractive, tidy displays.
Monitor expiries; remove damaged/expired items and report variances.
Implement promotional setups, POS materials, and campaign displays.
Track on-shelf availability; coordinate replenishment with inventory/sales teams.
Keep shelves/aisles clean, safe, and shopper-friendly.
Provide basic sales/stock feedback and photo reports as required.
Support early shifts/weekends for resets and promo launches.

Minimum qualification: First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC).
1–2 years’ merchandising experience in a supermarket/retail setting (essential).
Physically fit; able to lift and move products.
Strong attention to detail; organized and reliable.
Able to work early shifts, weekends, and during peak periods.
Salary Range: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000 per month.
