Job Description
Working onsite, the Floor Supervisor will manage floor teams across shifts to deliver excellent customer service and efficient workflow. The role assigns and tracks daily tasks, conducts pre/post-shift briefings, enforces grooming and service standards, and addresses customer inquiries and complaints professionally. The Supervisor monitors service delivery and compliance with policies, maintains a clean and safe environment, mentors junior staff, and collaborates with management on continuous improvement.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate floor staff to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor service quality and adherence to company policies/standards.
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Enforce staff grooming, punctuality, and service protocols.
Assign, prioritize, and verify completion of shift tasks.
Conduct pre-shift and post-shift briefings; communicate targets and updates.
Train, coach, and mentor junior staff to improve performance.
Oversee floor cleanliness, organization, safety, and basic housekeeping checks.
Report incidents, maintenance issues, and operational gaps to management.
Prepare basic shift reports (attendance, issues, customer feedback).

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
OND or BA/BSc/HND.
3+ years’ experience in a floor supervisory or similar customer-facing role (hospitality/retail preferred).
Strong people leadership, delegation, and team coaching skills.
Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Solid organization, time management, and attention to detail.
Working knowledge of safety, hygiene, and service standards.
Salary Range: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 per month.
