Job Description
Working onsite in the Beddings section, the Sales Representative will greet shoppers, assess needs, and recommend suitable products by explaining materials, sizes, quality, and care. The role maintains attractive merchandising, monitors stock levels, processes transactions, and proactively upsells complementary items (e.g., pillows, duvet covers). Success will be measured by customer satisfaction, product knowledge, store presentation, and achievement of daily/monthly targets.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers; understand needs and recommend bedding options.
Explain product features: material, quality, sizes, and care/maintenance tips.
Arrange and maintain neat, appealing displays for bedding products.
Monitor inventory levels and promptly report low stock.
Upsell and cross-sell complementary products (pillows, duvet covers, mattress protectors).
Process transactions efficiently and handle basic after-sales queries.
Meet or exceed set daily and monthly sales targets.
Keep the sales area clean, organized, and safe.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum qualification: SSCE/OND.
At least 2 years’ experience in sales/retail (home goods or fabrics is an advantage).
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive selling skills with a target-driven mindset.
Basic product knowledge of fabrics and comfort/home goods preferred.
Salary Range: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000 per month.
