Job Description
Kiboko Enterprises Ltd is seeking ten (10) energetic, results-driven Sales Representatives to join its expanding sales force in Kampala. The role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and brand growth within the FMCG and consumer products sector.
The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market presence, and maintaining strong relationships with retail and wholesale customers.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products to retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in outlets.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales service.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies.
