Job Description
Kiboko Enterprises Ltd is seeking high-performing and relationship-driven Key Accounts Sales Representatives to manage and grow business with major retail chains, wholesalers, and institutional customers in Kampala.
The role focuses on driving volume growth, improving visibility, and strengthening long-term partnerships with strategic accounts while ensuring excellent execution of company brands in key outlets.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned key accounts and strategic customers.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales and distribution targets.
- Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, and listings with key customers.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and compliance with agreed merchandising standards.
- Monitor customer performance, stock levels, and sell-out trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer insights.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and account performance reports.
