Job Description
Kiboko Enterprises Ltd is seeking ten (10) experienced and performance-driven SubD Captains to manage and grow assigned sub-distribution territories in Kampala.
The SubD Captain is responsible for overseeing sales operations at sub-distributor level, leading field sales teams, ensuring product availability, and driving volume growth across all assigned outlets. This is a key leadership role within the sales and distribution structure.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise Sub-Distributor (SubD) sales teams in assigned territories.
- Drive sales growth and ensure achievement of volume and revenue targets.
- Ensure optimal product distribution, visibility, and merchandising in outlets.
- Manage route planning, stock movement, and territory coverage.
- Train, coach, and motivate sales representatives and merchandisers.
- Monitor market execution, pricing compliance, and competitor activity.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and SubD partners.
- Prepare and submit regular performance and activity reports.
