Job Description
The Sales Officer Intern will play a key role in promoting and selling Mogo’s financial products, particularly vehicle financing solutions. This includes engaging with potential customers interested in acquiring new or used vehicles, motorcycles, and three-wheelers. The intern will guide clients through the loan issuance process, ensure proper documentation for each transaction, and assist with administrative tasks such as inspections and price updates. This role also requires diligent customer follow-up, adherence to company sales procedures, and a proactive approach to achieving branch targets.

How to Apply
Sell Mogo Kenya’s financial products to customers
Promote and support the sales of new and used vehicles, motorcycles, and three-wheelers
Guide customers through the loan issuance process
Ensure all documentation is properly completed and submitted per sale
Assist with administrative tasks including vehicle inspections and pricing updates
Manage and follow up with potential customers to close sales
Adhere to Mogo’s established sales procedures and standards
Contribute to achieving the branch’s monthly and quarterly sales targets
Perform any other tasks as assigned by management
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
At least 1 year of relevant sales experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to adapt quickly and work independently
Resourcefulness and proactive approach to handling issues
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Fluency in English and Swahili
Demonstrated leadership ability
High level of integrity and professionalism
