Identify and engage prospective clients in collaboration with the sales team
Build and maintain strong client relationships through in-person meetings and follow-ups
Prepare and present tailored proposals and product demonstrations
Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and refine strategies
Meet and exceed set sales targets through effective prospecting and negotiations
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
Provide timely, knowledgeable, and professional customer support
Maintain a solid understanding of the company’s technology solutions
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
Prior experience in sales or IT solutions is an added advantage
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in the field
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Willing and able to travel extensively within Uganda (100% field-based role)
