Job Description
The Sales and Marketing Vice President will spearhead the company’s sales operations, working closely with internal teams to expand client outreach and boost profitability. This role involves overseeing client relations, evaluating market potential, resolving customer concerns, and leading marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a deep understanding of customer service, marketing analytics, and operational efficiency.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Direct and coordinate sales activities across all marketing services offered
Resolve customer complaints related to sales and service delivery
Analyze operational records and reports to project future sales and evaluate profitability
Assess marketing potential for both new and existing store locations
Oversee and review accounting, sales records, and service documentation
Manage shipping and receiving functions as related to product and service delivery
Prepare and manage departmental budgets and approve necessary expenditures

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
1–2 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing

Proficiency in English
Knowledge of sales and marketing, customer service, computers and electronics, communications and media
Proficient in:
CRM Software (e.g., Zoho)
Calendar & scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar)
Sales and marketing software (e.g., Excel)
Database systems (e.g., Blue Sonet)
