Job Description
FoodCo Nigeria Limited is recruiting high-potential graduates for its Risk Control Leadership Development Program. This program provides hands-on exposure to operational, financial, and compliance risk management across retail, FMCG, and manufacturing operations.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Learn to identify, assess, and mitigate operational and financial risks
- Assist in developing and implementing risk management policies and frameworks
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify process vulnerabilities
- Monitor compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
- Understudy risk managers to develop technical and soft skills
- Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and analyses for management decision-making
- Support incident investigations and recommend corrective actions
- Learn to evaluate emerging risks and propose proactive mitigation strategies
- Assist in designing and executing internal controls and process improvements
- Learn to use risk management software and tools
