Job Description
ACCM Global Enterprise Ltd. is seeking a motivated FX Sales Account Manager to join their dynamic team in Lagos. This role focuses on promoting FX and CFD trading solutions, converting leads, and achieving monthly sales performance objectives in the financial markets.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products effectively to prospective and existing clients
- Meet daily call targets and convert leads into successful sales
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance objectives
- Deliver exceptional customer experience
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand client base and market share
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including partnerships with Introducing Brokers
- Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to improve sales strategies
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights
- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation and client acquisition strategies
- Conduct market research and provide insights to support trading strategies
- Participate in training programs and continuous professional development
- Support operational efficiency by assisting with back-office functions when required
