Job Description
Gbovo is seeking a proactive Client Service Officer to serve as the primary point of contact for clients following successful asset procurement. This hands-on, execution-focused role involves managing the end-to-end onboarding process and handling day-to-day client communications. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the onboarding process for clients following successful asset procurement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related communications and matters.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly, providing accurate information and effective support.
- Identify, manage, and escalate issues related to insurance, payment delays, and other client concerns to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen professional client relationships to promote satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor client experience and ensure a smooth, efficient, and satisfactory post-procurement process. Provide regular updates to management regarding client status, risks, and escalations.
